Our mission is to remove the stress and overwhelm of moving so seniors can focus on what matters most—enjoying their new life chapter. Position Overview
We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused Senior Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a part‑time position to start, with the potential to grow into a full‑time leadership role as we expand. In this role, you’ll build and nurture partnerships with senior living communities, referral partners, estate professionals, and family decision‑makers to generate new business opportunities. Your work will directly support older adults and their families during one of life’s most important transitions. Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strong relationships with senior living communities, assisted living and memory care providers, real estate agents, elder law attorneys, and other referral sources. Identify and cultivate new referral partnerships to generate qualified leads for Senior Move Masters’ relocation services. Represent the company at community events, networking groups, and presentations to showcase our services and expand brand awareness. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective partners, clearly communicating the value and impact of our services. Track leads, follow up consistently, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue goals. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management—ideally in senior living, healthcare, real estate, or related fields. Proven success in building and maintaining B2B relationships and driving new business. Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented. Empathetic and passionate about improving the lives of older adults and their families. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required). Why Join Us
