Your Role : Domestic LTL / FTL Sales Executive As a Sales Executive, you will take ownership of developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and driving domestic freight sales growth through LTL & FTL solutions. This is an outside sales, B2B role with unlimited earnings potential!
Key Responsibilities :
Develop new business & grow your customer base through prospecting & networking
Sell domestic LTL / FTL freight solutions to businesses nationwide
Manage existing accounts while continuously identifying new sales opportunities
Negotiate contracts & pricing strategies to meet customer shipping needs
Build long‑term client relationships through outstanding service & follow‑ups
Collaborate with operations & customer service teams to ensure seamless execution
What We re Looking For :
2‑5+ years of Domestic Freight Sales experience (LTL / FTL) with a Freight Forwarder
A Book of Business? Huge Plus! (Not required but a major advantage)
Hunter mentality competitive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven
Strong relationship‑building & negotiation skills
Ability to work independently & close deals with decision‑makers
