Part‑time Shift Details • 2/12s, 19:00 – 07:00 • Weekend and holiday on‑call requirement
Compensation $38.13 – $47.67 per hour, based on experience and departmental equity.
Responsibilities
Assesses comprehensive data including physical, psychosocial, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual needs and interprets assessment information to derive diagnosis.
Involves patient, family, and health care team members in formulating a culturally appropriate individualized plan of care and identifies expected outcomes based on nursing assessment and diagnosis.
Implements the plan of care in partnership with the patient, family and health care team members.
Utilizes teaching strategies appropriate to the individual patient's condition and learning needs.
Evaluates the patient/family's understanding of and response to the plan of care.

BSN degree required or in progress
Registered Nurse in state of Illinois
BLS & PALS certification
Two years acute care hospital experience
Preferred
Previous ICU, PACU or NICU experience
Pediatric experience in an orthopedic and/or plastics environment
Bilingual English/Spanish
