IHSS (In-Home Support Services)
program in Colorado and looking for an experienced
Registered Nurse Case Manager
to join their team. This
hybrid
role offers the chance to make a real difference for children and families—providing hands‑on supervision, care coordination, and caregiver support to help kids safely thrive at home. Responsibilities
Hybrid schedule: 4 days in the field, 1 day remote. Oversee pediatric IHSS cases and provide in‑home supervision. Conduct skill validation and competency checks for attendants. Review and update care plans and documentation. Investigate and resolve client or caregiver concerns. Collaborate with families, authorized representatives, and care staff. Benefits
