As a Program Manager III within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location with responsibilities requiring time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely at the manager’s discretion. We are looking for a strong Program Manager to help lead the rollout of PNC’s enterprise-wide Generative AI (GenAI) program across the Technology organization. This role will be responsible for end-to-end program management, including governance, intake and prioritization of AI use cases, and cross-functional coordination with business lines and technology segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale program execution, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level reporting. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Responsibilities

Leads a cross functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Leads the highest complexity programs/projects requiring extensive planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, program size may be greater than $25m. Manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals. Oversees and reports on the program budget to ensure program success. Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of programs and recommends enhancements based on results. Acts as a mentor to other program managers and collaborates with service partner leadership to ensure seamless delivery across multiple distribution channels.

Pay and Benefits

Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $185,150.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance. PNC offers a comprehensive range of benefits to help meet your needs now and in the future.
