Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric nursing care to patients in Santa Rosa, California.
Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Assess and triage patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and improving patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
Utilize electronic health records to maintain accurate patient information.
Engage in performance reviews to enhance personal and professional growth.
Adapt to evolving healthcare practices and technologies.
Maintain high visibility of work activity and results within the team.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in California with pediatric specialization.
Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience in a clinical setting.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Ability to assess and triage patient needs effectively.
Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and improve patient outcomes.
Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation.
Strong communication skills to educate patients and families.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Experience in fast-paced environments with high patient turnover.
