We are a well-established personal injury law firm based in Boston, dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to clients. Our team is committed to creating a client-centric experience, and we are seeking a Remote Bilingual (English-Spanish) Receptionist to support our diverse client base. As our Remote Bilingual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. You will handle incoming calls and provide essential administrative support—all while delivering professional and empathetic customer service. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is crucial to serving clients effectively. Responsibilities: • Answer and manage all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. • Provide clear, empathetic communication in both English and Spanish to potential and current clients. • Schedule consultations and appointments for attorneys and staff using firm-provided software. • Respond to client inquiries and route calls to appropriate departments. • Maintain accurate client information and records in the firm’s case management system. • Follow up on client requests and ensure timely responses. • Handle basic administrative tasks, including email correspondence and message-taking. • Ensure sensitive information is handled with confidentiality and care. • Provide exceptional client service, with a focus on empathy and understanding of sensitive legal matters. Qualifications: • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal communication). • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (law firm experience is a plus). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • A high degree of professionalism and empathy when dealing with clients. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and case management software (or ability to learn quickly). • Access to a quiet, professional home office environment with reliable internet.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working remotely. • Knowledge of legal terminology or experience in a legal environment. Compensation: $7 hourly
