Our client is a well-established plaintiff personal injury law firm in Phoenix. Known for their integrity, compassion, and client advocacy, the firm is seeking a skilled Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team. Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters in pre-litigation and litigation Conduct client consultations, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations Draft and respond to motions, pleadings, and discovery Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and trials Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress Collaborate with paralegals and fellow attorneys to ensure timely case resolution Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active Arizona law license in good standing Minimum of 3 years experience in plaintiff personal injury law Strong litigation and courtroom skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently while managing a full caseload Compensation & Benefits
