A leading full-service law firm (220+ attorneys) is seeking a Litigation and Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of litigation, probate, and trust matters. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex cases, legal processes, and contribute to legal work within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys from case initiation through resolution or trial
Draft, prepare, and e‑file court documents, motions, and exhibits
Prepare and respond to discovery requests (interrogatories, document production, etc.)
Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and dockets
Coordinate electronic discovery and document management
Prepare probate pleadings, estate tax returns, trust accountings, and funding calculations
Manage trust administration, probate matters, and conservatorships
Keep attorneys informed of project progress and deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
3+ years of experience in litigation, estate planning, probate, guardianship, or trust administration
Knowledge of the litigation lifecycle
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and e‑filing systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Positive, proactive, and team‑oriented attitude
