As an Executive Assistant, you are a strategic partner in our management team and help shape the future of our brand agency. You will actively work on the further development of our agency vision, drive new business activities and be responsible for our external reputation.
You have an affinity for trends, love brands and know how to create successful content for agencies - and impress with your own initiative, structure and creative ideas in the dynamic daily agency routine.
Strategic agency development
Collaboration on the sharpening and further development of our agency vision
Support for strategic projects and transformation processes
Coordination of cross‑divisional initiatives
New Business Development
Identification and qualification of new business opportunities
Preparation and support for pitches and acquisition meetings
Creation of convincing presentations and credentials
Market and competitive analyses for strategic alignment
Reputation management
Managing our communication across all channels (social media, website, PR, events)
Development and implementation of content strategies to position the agency
Building and maintaining relationships with the media, industry networks and multipliers
Organization and coordination of agency events, awards and speaking opportunities
What you ideally bring with you
Master's degree with initial professional experience in communications, business development or strategy consulting, ideally in an agency
Excellent communication skills in German and English (business fluent)
Creative flair for text, high design affinity
Strategic thinking paired with a hands‑on mentality
Experience in content creation and communication planning
Confident handling of common tools (CMS, social media management, Office/Google Workspace)
Strong organizational skills and initiative
Nice‑to‑haves
Experience in pitch management or sales
Network in the brand or creative industry
Experience with project or process management methods
Knowledge of Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop)
Your personality
You are communicative, persuasive and enjoy representing others
You think entrepreneurially and keep an eye on the big picture
You work in a structured manner, prioritize wisely and keep an overview even when there are several balls in the air
