Purpose of Role To support Sully’s Steamers franchisees by leading store‑specific marketing activations, developing and distributing physical collateral, driving catering promotions, and executing brand‑consistent campaigns at the local level. This role bridges corporate strategy and field execution, requiring travel to ensure marketing effectiveness, franchisee satisfaction, and grassroots impact.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution; Collateral Deployment
Partner with the corporate team to build and roll out seasonal and local campaigns.
Assemble, ship, and track marketing kits ("store‑in‑a‑box") with signage, flyers, event materials, etc.
Monitor and manage inventory of print and branded collateral.
Coordinate with third‑party vendors for custom materials when needed.
Store‑Level Marketing Support
Travel to supported stores to ensure brand standards are upheld.
Ensure collateral is correctly displayed and store teams understand campaign goals.
Collect insights, photos, and feedback from field visits.
Act as a go‑to marketing contact for franchise owners and store managers.
Events & Catering Promotion
Assist with planning and promoting community‑facing events (e.g., fundraisers, openings, samplings).
Develop grassroots strategies to boost local catering awareness.
Create tailored marketing materials or talking points to support catering outreach.
Reporting; Analysis
Track marketing activity and outcomes by store.
Maintain spreadsheets/dashboards to monitor ROI, lead generation, and engagement.
Share insights and best practices with corporate and franchise partners.

Qualifications
1–3 years in marketing, promotions, or franchise support.
Strong communicator and relationship‑builder.
Experience with campaign development or event coordination.
Self‑starter with strong time management and organization skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
Bonus: Familiarity with foodservice, QSR, or franchising models.
Compensation & Flexibility Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year. Flexible work from home options available. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
