As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Benefits

Site location: Mountain View, CA

Set schedule: full‑time & part‑time, 16‑40 hours per week. Day, swing, and graveyard shifts available.

Competitive hourly wage of $24.65/hour.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard – Tech site

Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.

Manage access control.

Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.

Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.

Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.

Answer questions in person or by phone.

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.

Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard – Tech site

State security license and an additional 32‑hour BSIS security training (additional trainings can be obtained during the hiring process).

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Documentation of high school diploma or GED.

Minimum 7 to 9 months of security experience (preferably corporate).

21 years of age or older.

Active driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Must include most up‑to‑date security resume.

Ability to ace and pass an extensive screening process.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Additional Information Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
