Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor - CPA - Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and enhancing Intuit's brand by delighting customers.

Compensation Base pay range varies by location: Bay Area (CA) $28.80 - $36.50, Southern California $28.80 - $36.50, Colorado $27.50 - $34.80, Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50, Illinois $27.50 - $34.80, Maryland $27.50 - $34.80, Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50, Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30, New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50, New York $28.80 - $36.50, Ohio $24.80 - $30.30, Vermont $27.50 - $34.80, Washington $28.80 - $36.50, Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50.
Position eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay offered based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons to drive ongoing pay equity across categories of ethnicity and gender.
