Active
Connecticut PT license Current
BLS certification Minimum
1 year of recent PT experience
(rehab or outpatient preferred) Strong background in ortho, neuro, and functional rehabilitation Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans Implement therapy interventions to improve mobility and strength Track and adjust care plans based on progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Educate patients and families on exercises and long-term recovery strategies Document all care per facility and state standards Why Danbury?
