Leaders Furniture is urgently seeking an driven, focused Sales Professional to join our vibrant team at 7680 S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34231. What We Offer
Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development to fuel your success.
Compensation: Paid training, hourly base + commission on sales, delivery, and protection plans. ($50K - $55K annual)
Schedule: 40-hour workweek | MS 107, Sun 106 | Generous PTO with no blackout dates.
Culture: Supportive, low-pressure, and team-driven environment where your wins are celebrated.
What You Bring:
Weekend and holiday availability (we're closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter)
Ability to lift 2025 lbs and travel to Largo for training
Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude
Comfort with POS systems and a passion for helping customers find the perfect fit
