Position Overview The HR Manager will lead and direct all routine functions of Human Resources within the community, including recruiting, onboarding, and protecting the interests of care team members and the company in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership in recruiting and onboarding.
Present and explain benefit plans and enrollment processes.
Ensure new hires complete I‑9 and E‑Verify and maintain compliance records.
Track OSHA 300 Log and investigate work‑related incidents.
Respond to unemployment claims and other HR matters.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Serve as liaison for leave requests, benefits, and payroll HRIS updates.
Administer complex, sensitive questions, reasonable accommodations, investigate allegations, and terminations.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of HR experience; long‑term care setting preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
