Overview
TEKsystems is looking for a skilled Technology Support Specialist to join their client's team and address issues within conference rooms. The primary responsibility of this role is to troubleshoot connectivity problems with Microsoft Teams, install, support, and maintain physical conference room equipment. Tickets will be managed through ServiceNow. This person interacts directly with end users, including executives, directors, managers, employees, and guests.
Responsibilities
Maintain and support all technology in‑person in conference rooms within the Madison area.
Respond to room alerts and outages from Microsoft Teams admin systems, coordinating with technicians at other locations to address issues.
Manage tickets in ServiceNow.
Perform meeting support for large events as needed.
Provide phone support to technicians at other locations.
Ensure proper cable management to leave conference rooms in good working order after installations, upgrades, or repairs.
Skills & Requirements
1+ year of experience supporting Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other conferencing technologies in a corporate or education environment.
Experience with A/V support and cable management.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
