Provides oversight and ensures compliance across all service lines, adhering to TSA and airport regulations. Acts as a leader and representative of ACTS-Aviation Security within designated units, especially in complex or large-scale operations. Commits to quality service, regulatory compliance, and safety. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support ACTS Security Guards in daily activities as directed by the customer. Schedule and assign security guards to ensure proper coverage and relief. Conduct regular audits of employee performance according to ACTS standards. Report activities and issues to management regularly. Maintain compliance with regulations, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements:
High school diploma required. At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a professional environment. Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Security Management, or related field preferred. Management or supervisory experience may substitute for formal education at the discretion of the Contract Security Manager. Security-related education may substitute for one year of experience. Must demonstrate integrity, good judgment, and a mature attitude. Set a positive example and foster a respectful team environment. Minimum of two years' experience in security loss prevention or law enforcement at DEN or similar regulated airport. Hold a valid Memphis Security License.
