Marketing Project Manager (Contract Role) – Part‑time until Jan. 26
Location: Hillsboro, OR (Hybrid – 1+ days onsite)
Duration: Part‑time through December (20–30 hrs /week), Opportunity to go Full‑time starting January 2026
Pay Rate: $35‑40 /hr – Pay could increase once transitioned to FTE

We are seeking an Intermediate‑Level Marketing Project Manager to join a dynamic marketing team. This role will focus on managing branding projects related to a major merger, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams (strategists, designers, copywriters, developers).
Facilitate agile ceremonies, kickoff meetings, and retrospectives.
Manage multiple projects (5–10) simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational methodology.
Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders using standardized reporting.
Champion continuous improvement and scalability in project processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of project/program‑management experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Certifications: PMP, CSM, or CSPO.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Workfront experience is a plus.
Preferred Experience
Branding or rebranding projects, especially during mergers.
Financial industry experience (a plus).
Familiarity with Six Sigma, Adobe tools, and Workfront.
Work Environment & Schedule
Hybrid: Minimum 1 day onsite (Tue/Wed/Thu preferred).
Flexible start time (after 7 AM).
Part‑time through December; full‑time starting January 2026.
