Provide specialized nursing care in interventional radiology procedures. Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies during procedures. Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in continuous professional development and training programs. Contribute to a high-performance team environment with accountability for results. Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care instructions. Utilize data and pipelines to assess and improve service delivery. Support the growth-oriented culture by sharing knowledge and insights. Adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in radiology. Experience/Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in interventional radiology nursing. Active RN license in Maryland or compact state licensure. Proficiency in monitoring and responding to patient vitals during procedures. Strong ability to collaborate with radiologists and medical staff. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards. Commitment to continuous professional development and training. Experience with maintaining accurate and detailed patient records. Ability to educate patients and families about procedures and post-care. Familiarity with data utilization to improve service delivery. Adaptability to evolving technologies in radiology.
