Whether you’re a seasoned PT or a recent graduate, you’ll find the mentorship, support, and collaboration you need to grow your career and make a lasting impact. &##Initiate and implement personalized physical therapy programs based on physician orders Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to enhance residents' functional outcomes Contribute to interdisciplinary care planning meetings Participate in or lead staff training and education Provide leadership support in the absence of the Director of Physical Therapy ✅ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active NY State Physical Therapy license Strong interest in working with
geriatric, subacute, and adult patient populations Previous experience preferred (but not required— new grads are encouraged to apply!) Leadership qualities and ability to direct support staff when needed &##Permanent or travel assignment options ~ Health, Dental & Vision Insurance ~A positive, team-oriented environment focused on excellence in rehab care
