Summary Act on service inquiries and requests from policyholders. Examine, determine appropriate action and process tasks to support successful and timely premium collection of direct bill receivables.
Typical Day Includes
Prepare Account Reconciliation
Assist and Support Team with Daily Tasks
Examine and Decide Payment Allocations
Evaluate and Approve Refund Disbursement
Arrange for Manual Reinstatements
Respond to Service Requests
Qualifications
High school diploma
Customer Service experience
Intermediate Excel Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to negotiate
