What You'll Do: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include helping residents with daily activities, closely monitoring their health, offering emotional support, and working alongside healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and document vital signs. Provide emotional support and companionship. Assist with mobility and transfers. Collaborate with the nursing team to develop care plans. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
