Overview

POSITION OVERVIEW: Manages and directs accounting functions for the enterprise and researches and assists in the implementation of new accounting standards and SEC reporting requirements Responsibilities

Leads the external financial reporting function Direct the preparation of the consolidated financial statements in compliance with SEC rules and regulations and US GAAP Analyze impacts of new accounting standards, reporting requirements, and regulatory standards on existing and new transactions Works with external auditors on the quarterly review and annual audit of the external financial statements Provides oversight and review of complex accounting transactions across the enterprise Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Perform other duties as required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in accounting or finance-related field, plus five (5) or more years of combined experience in accounting, financial reporting and audit Strong background in accounting and financial reporting, including knowledge of SEC reporting requirements Strong collaboration and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective organizational skills Job Condition
