Job Description
We are seeking an A/V Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. As a member of the On-site technical support team, you will play a crucial role in keeping IT operations running smoothly and ensuring customers have the support they need to effectively utilize technology in their day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will have some type of AV experience, broad knowledge of AV technology, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for AV and IT issues, as well as coordinating and tracking inventory and documenting and tracking the status of inquiries. Provide support to customers within the coverage location Troubleshoot and resolve PC, MAC, application, AV, and network connectivity issues Manage hardware assets from acquisition through disposal Prioritize tickets and manage ServiceNow ticketing system Support Microsoft Windows and MAC operating systems Provide remote hands support and occasional after-hour support Requirements
Some type of AV experience (supporting equipment in a meeting room) Broad knowledge of AV technology Excellent customer service skills Approximately 1-3 plus years of experience in support of IT products Technical expertise in various facets of PC support What's In It for You
