Base pay range $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Summary Of Basic Function The Digital Banking Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day Digital Banking operational functions. This includes, but is not limited to, remote deposit, online banking, merchant processing, and other services as they are added to the Bank’s offerings. This position will work directly with clients, sales teams, digital banking product team, credit administration, compliance, and operational departments.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Ensuring a safe and sound operational model related to the digital banking function.

Work with cross‑functional teams to help maintain, enforce, and develop best‑in‑class practices and policies aimed at delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Have a detailed understanding of day-to-day job functions, such as current book of business, current projects, and auditing of electronic services.

Set up new accounts and process the required documentation.

Provide technical support for Digital Banking products and services for clients.

Process and maintain Treasury Management and online banking services for clients, such as ACH, wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, bill pay, and other services, as needed.

Complete required auditing of Digital Banking products and services.

Utilize core and ancillary systems to ensure all documents are accounted for and centralized in one location.

Provide operational input and maintain create/procedures for all functions under Digital Banking.

Assist in maintaining Merchant Services.

Assist in maintaining external transfers and Message Center.

Assist in creating and maintaining department reporting.

Ensure department is adhering to established SLA’s.

Completes controls on a daily basis.

Responsible for preparing and maintaining daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual department reports.

Efficiently and thoroughly investigate complicated research of Digital Banking issues and resolve.

Travel is required to fulfill duties and responsibilities.

Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned based on business need.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Three to Five years of demonstrated experience in a bank or financial institution.

Demonstrated superior customer service, sales, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Ability to organize and adapt workflows and prioritize tasks on a daily basis.

Identify and suggest areas for process improvement and automation.

Analytical skills and strict attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to research and resolve complex problems.

Skillfully drives change.

Career motivated.

Customer view of co‑workers and service partners.

Aptitude to identify and mitigate risk.

Job requires the ability to see fine print on printed material as well as small lettering on a computer screen.

Self‑directed; ability to work autonomously and prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Job requires the ability to hear and listen to customers in person and on the telephone and clearly communicate with the customer.

Collaborates tactfully with all internal and external service partners in accordance with the Bank’s core values.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

This is a remote flexible role, with both remote and office work expected. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Work may be performed in an office environment with normal noise levels.

Involves prolonged sitting and computer usage.

The position is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and incumbent must live within a commutable distance.
