Minimum of 3 years of full-service back‑of‑house management experience High‑volume background ($5M+ annual revenue preferred) Strong knowledge of scratch cooking, recipe execution, and kitchen systems Expertise in budgeting, cost controls, inventory, and ordering Highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Demonstrated ability to build, train, and inspire high‑performing teams Key Responsibilities
