Role Purpose Statement:
To carry out planned or unplanned maintenance activity and repair activity on various instrumentation and control systems of the plant
Main Accountabilities
To perform daily troubleshooting of equipment during shift.
To maintain daily log sheet and proper reporting matrix to Executive.
Ensure timely calibration activity of equipment as per schedule and document it.
Ensure timely preventive maintenance as per equipment schedule.
Ensure the equipment installation as per standards.
List out activities that have to be performed during shutdown.
Ensure safe completion of work by following proper work permit, LOTO and communication with Shift in charge, and immediately report unsafe activity to concerned department and actively participate in safety activity.
Check and inspect functioning of critical interlock, by P&ID and ensure 100% functional.
Be able to read and understand manual and wiring diagram and troubleshoot through it.
Keep instrument and workplace hygiene; apply 5s, kaizen and root cause analysis of frequent breakdown.

Technical
Transformer handling, panel board operations and distribution procedures handling DG sets and preventive maintenance of electrical & Instrumentation equipment’s as well as cabling and fittings of electrical equipment’s and instrumentation installations operational procedures and automation.
Education & Experience
3-5 Years of Experience
