All interested candidates must have in their possession, or able to obtain prior to employment, the following: Valid Arizona Driver’s License DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card CPR/First Aid/AED Certification NFHS Course Certificate: Bullying, Hazing and Inappropriate Behaviors NFHS Course Certificate: Concussion in Sports NFHS Course Certificate: First Aid, Health and Safety NFHS Course Certificate: Fundamentals of Coaching NFHS Course Certificate: Heat Illness Prevention Additional course certifications as required by sport type Notification of Nondiscrimination / Notificación de Non Discriminación
