We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
GSI Alliance Manager
to lead our partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs). This is a pivotal role in our global partnership strategy, focused on
building, managing, and expanding relationships
with top-tier GSIs to drive joint go-to-market initiatives, increase pipeline, and accelerate mutual growth.
The ideal candidate is a
partnership builder
with a proven track record of recruiting, enabling, and managing GSI partnerships within the B2B software or SaaS ecosystem. You will leverage your existing network and deep understanding of how GSIs operate to create impactful alliances that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and Develop Partnerships:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new Global System Integrators to expand DealHub’s strategic ecosystem.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain executive and operational relationships within key GSIs to drive mutual success.
Joint Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution:
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to define joint GTM plans, co-selling motions, and enablement strategies.
Pipeline and Revenue Growth:
Drive measurable business growth through partner-sourced and influenced opportunities.
Partner Enablement:
Ensure GSIs are fully enabled on DealHub’s platform — including training, certification, and solution alignment.
Strategic Planning:
Develop partnership business plans and quarterly reviews with clear goals, KPIs, and performance tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure strategic alignment and joint execution.
Requirements
4+ years of experience
in partner management, alliances, or business development within enterprise SaaS or technology companies.
MUST: Proven track record
of recruiting, managing, and growing partnerships with
Global System Integrators
(such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, Capgemini, etc.).
Strong existing network
and relationships within the GSI ecosystem.
Demonstrated success in
building joint GTM programs
that drive measurable business impact.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales and partner co-selling motions.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
