The Gist
This long-term project entails multiple teams of multi-disciplinary skills to build new capabilities for the mission. Capabilities include AI to create and deploy digital assistant features within a larger system.
As a Training Lead & Systems Analyst, you will serve as a Trainer, Business Analyst, and Quality Analyst, adapting your focus based on the phase of the Sprint. Your primary responsibility is to collaborate with the Product Manager and customer stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements. You will document workflows, data flows, personas, journey maps, “day-in-the-life” scenarios, and acceptance criteria, while working closely with stakeholders to validate requirements and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
In your training capacity, you will help develop, organize, and coordinate training materials and sessions to support system rollouts and new feature implementations. This includes partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with business processes. You will also assist in maintaining documentation repositories and tracking training completion to ensure consistent knowledge transfer across the team.
A stretch goal for the Systems Analyst is to lean into automated testing—learning and implementing tools like X-Ray to enhance testing accuracy, efficiency, and traceability across sprints.
