Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and develop individualized care plans Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities Monitor and document progress toward functional goals Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care Educate patients and caregivers on rehab and wellness strategies Requirements
