As a Sr. Specialist Sales Development, you are part of a dynamic team that accompanies the sell‑in process from start to finish and ensures that our products are optimally positioned in the market. You take responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing standardized sales activities – working closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross‑functional teams.
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Develop, optimize, execute, and follow up on a Zone Central Sales Development strategy based on European and global sales concepts and guidelines Strengthening sales by developing or improving local concepts, processes, systems, and tools with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, aligned with the company strategy Act as the central coordination point for all Sales Development activities and as a knowledge hub for sales, both locally and for the European and global organization Support profitable growth of market share in the wholesale segment by implementing best practices and key sales initiatives Key Responsibilities:
Support all sales areas in developing customer‑group‑specific strategies Act as a contact person for internal and external interfaces within your area of responsibility in connection with planning, coordinating, optimising, and implementing operational sales processes in Zone Central (e.g., creating customer master data in SAP and Click, creating product assortments, actively supporting customer meetings to ensure a smooth sell‑in, etc.) Create WHS Central process documentation using standard MS Office tools and present/communicate the content to all relevant stakeholders, including maintaining the respective systems and data Independently and proactively conduct and manage various WHS Central analyses (non‑account‑specific) as a basis for further strategies and processes (mainly using Excel, Power BI) Independently create presentations (using MS Office tools) on various sales‑relevant topics and projects based on the results of analyses Independently use all common adidas tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Click, DST, Smartsheet, Power Apps, ARIBA, etc.) Support all cross‑sales Sales Development topics Primary Contacts:

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of SAP and Power BI Fluent in German and English Education and Experience / Minimum Requirements:
