Description Architectural Project Designer – Conceptual & Front-End Design

About the Role We are seeking a talented and visionary Architectural Project Designer to lead the front-end design process for diverse building projects including commercial, multifamily, institutional, civic, and mixed-use developments. This role focuses on creating innovative conceptual designs that respond to client needs, site conditions, and regulatory requirements, while setting the tone for the overall project vision.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality conceptual designs and presentations that communicate creative ideas clearly and effectively.

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to define project goals and design direction.

Translate client requirements and site analysis into compelling architectural solutions.

Create 2D and 3D visualizations, diagrams, and models to articulate design concepts.

Ensure design quality, innovation, and alignment with brand and project objectives.

Research materials, technologies, and sustainable strategies to enhance design outcomes.

Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure the design intent is maintained throughout documentation and construction phases.

Stay up to date with architectural trends, code requirements, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.

10+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on front-end and conceptual work.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of building types and innovative design concepts.

Proficiency in design and visualization software such as Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced design environment.

Knowledge of current architectural codes, standards, and sustainability principles.
