13-week The Opportunity Responsibilities
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures and analyze results for accuracy. Engage in performance reviews and set personal growth targets. Utilize data and analytics to track progress and achieve targets. Maintain and calibrate medical imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all procedures. Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Document and report findings to physicians and other medical staff. Monitor and evaluate the quality of imaging results to improve service delivery. Assist in developing and implementing new imaging techniques and protocols. Provide guidance and support to junior technologists and interns. Experience/Qualifications
Certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Bachelor\'s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Minimum 3 years of experience in diagnostic imaging. Proficient in operating and maintaining imaging equipment. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with healthcare teams. Experience in quality assurance and improvement of imaging services. Strong analytical skills for interpreting imaging results.
