Position: Part-Time Maintenance Technician Location: Cheyenne, WY

Were looking for a motivated, professional, and team-oriented Maintenance Technician to help us maintain the quality, comfort, and safety of our properties. In this hands-on role, youll tackle everything from electrical and plumbing repairs to appliance troubleshooting and exterior maintenanceall while working with a supportive team that values communication and excellence.
What You'll Do: Maintain and improve the physical condition of our properties. Respond to maintenance requests and perform unit turns. Troubleshoot and repair issues in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and more. Ensure properties meet company and legal standards. Be available for on-call emergencies (rotating schedule).
We're Looking ForSomeone who is: A great communicator with a positive attitude and patience for working with diverse populations. Organized with strong time-management and customer service skills. A self-starter who is results-driven and enjoys solving problems. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and being on-call for emergencies.
Must-Have Skills & Tools: General maintenance and repair experience (basic tools required). Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, navigate stairs and uneven surfaces. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and acceptable driving/background check.
Bonus Experience: Fair Housing knowledge A mindset for continuous improvement and "removing barriers"
