Overview Intuit's Consumer Group (CG) Marketing Platform Solutions Team is seeking an experienced data steward to join the Go-to-Market Operations and Technology team. This role will be responsible for setting end-to-end strategic vision around marketing data, understanding and managing enterprise-level marketing data assets, and evaluating data accuracy and integrity against data requirements used in marketing systems and campaigns. It includes configuring and managing the TurboTax implementation of our customer data platform (CDP), journey orchestration platform, and data connections. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to build relationships with business partners and support data-related activities across the marketing organization. What you'll bring
10+ years professional experience in product management, marketing analytics, or marketing technology management Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and other data enablement capabilities Experience with multiple digital marketing channels (Paid Search, Display, Email, Affiliates, Social, Native App, Web Properties) High levels of ownership, responsibility, and initiative Experience partnering with product managers, data engineers, and architects to define technical requirements Experience launching new capabilities and driving adoption Strong communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, detail-oriented, self-starter with a growth mindset How you will lead
Lead data management initiatives and serve as the primary contact for cross-company data projects Define and document business requirements for data enablement and processes Manage marketing data incidents and coordinate resolutions Partner with internal data teams to align on new data capabilities and drive adoption Manage data enablement and audience activation capabilities Oversee data hygiene and profile management within the customer data platform Drive data sharing solutions and ensure compliance Manage contracts with data vendors, oversee budgeting, and influence product roadmaps Additional Information Compensation ranges vary by location, e.g., Bay Area California: $185,500-$251,500, Southern California: $183,500-$248,500. The role is eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits. Pay is based on experience, skills, and location. Regular pay equity analyses are conducted. Details
