About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Cybersecurity to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy. This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the protection of digital assets, customer data, and critical infrastructure across a diverse portfolio of venues and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing security measures that align with business objectives, serving as the primary advisor on cybersecurity risks to executive leadership, and leading a team of security professionals. Key duties include risk management, compliance with regulations, security operations, team development, technology and vendor oversight, and driving innovation in security practices.

Candidates for the Vice President of Cybersecurity position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field, with industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or GIAC strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The role demands a deep understanding of security architecture, cloud security, endpoint protection, and secure software development practices, as well as hands-on experience with security technologies and tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling security programs, particularly in complex, multi-site, customer-facing environments. Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to align security initiatives with business objectives and manage large-scale security budgets.
