immersive museum experience on the Christ Cathedral campus. Responsibilities include: Ensuring smooth daily functioning of the exhibit, financial oversight, staff management, visitor satisfaction, and plays a central part in ensuring the care and stewardship of artifact replicas and other contents in accordance with best museum practices. Serves as the liaison officer with Othonia, Inc. Operations & Administration Oversee all aspects of theater and museum gallery operations including staffing, exhibit facilities, security, ticketing, front-of-house, and visitor services. Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and relationships with all Diocesan offices and Othonia, Inc. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards. Develop and manage budgets in coordination with the Diocesan Chief Financial & Administrative Officer's staff Monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring effective cost control and financial sustainability. Make recommendations for improved efficiency and performance. Supervise management and staff and provide leadership to operations, visitor services, and facilities teams. Oversee recruitment, training, evaluation, and performance development. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the values of RCBO leadership. Strategic Planning
Contribute to and help implement long-term strategic plans. Collaborate with other RCBO leadership team members to align goals and objectives Visitor Experience
Ensure a welcoming, engaging, and safe environment for all visitors. Respond to visitor feedback and resolve concerns effectively. Enhance customer service standards and ensure consistent delivery. Donor & Community Relations
Cultivate relationships with donors and supporters; represent

in Diocesan, parish, and professional and community settings. Develop relations with local organizations and institutions to enhance

visibility and impact. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, museum studies or related field (master's degree preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or general management, preferably in a museum, cultural institution, or nonprofit environment. Proven leadership, staff management, and financial oversight experience. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of customer service and visitor engagement. Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in CRM and online ticketing systems. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus. Working Conditions:
This role requires occasional evening and weekend hours. Salary Range:
$110,000 - $130,000/annually; commensurate benefits and performance bonus potential.
