MUST HAVE PO experience in TELCOM DOMAIN Job Description: The roles and responsibilities of a product manager include: Defining the product vision and strategy Planning and designing product features and specifications Identifying customer needs and creating product roadmaps Translating business strategy into product strategy and roadmap Collaborating with cross-functional teams Communicating and coordinating with teams and stakeholders Monitoring and analyzing product performance Conducting and/or overseeing research to gain a deep understanding of the customer end user's needs Gathering and managing ideas coming from different sources (internal stakeholders, business leaders, and customers end users) Developing a product strategy which directly relates to the business strategy Defining and writing product specifications Defining acceptance criteria for the product features Understanding the Product lifecycle process and defining procedures to meet the process requirements Allocating resources and running design sprints Driving action throughout the organization to get products to market Evaluating product performance and launching product improvements Mandatory tools skills: JIRA, JIRA Align, Product Hierarchy (similar to JIRA roadmap), Gantt chart analysis using MS-Project and Team management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
