Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Spokane, WA (Fully Onsite)
Contract Duration: 4 Months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist with strong data entry skills to support our front office operations during a 4-month contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and is comfortable handling administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and databases
Maintain and update records, logs, and filing systems
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable
Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ year of receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Additional Information:
This is a temporary, full-time contract role with no remote work option
Candidates must be available to work onsite in Spokane, WA for the full duration of the contract
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
