We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter to help us find and hire top talent across Prysmian North America. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to our hiring teams, helping shape the future of our workforce by identifying great people who align with our values and mission.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and offer insights on market trends, diversity strategies, and hiring best practices.

Get creative with sourcing —use a mix of tools and techniques to build a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates.

Screen and present candidates in a timely and consistent way.
-
Deliver a great candidate experience from first contact to job offer—making sure every interaction reflects our values.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for future roles, using our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Keep communication flowing —you’ll be the go-to for updates throughout the hiring process.

Champion diversity and inclusion in every step of recruitment.

Support interview scheduling when needed.

Ensure timely follow-up with candidates, including closing out applications in Workday.

Strengthen our employer brand by building relationships with colleges and universities.

Stay compliant with hiring policies and documentation.

And of course, pitch in with other recruiting tasks as needed!
What We’re Looking For:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-
At least 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Strong sourcing skills—especially with passive candidates—using tools like social media, job boards, networking, and referrals.

Solid understanding of recruiting processes and how to attract a diverse range of candidates.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience is a plus!).

Forward thinking, problem solver

Familiarity with hiring laws and best practices.

Experience in a global business environment is a bonus.

Great multitasking and project management skills.

A recruiter who can communicate openly and confidently, engaging in honest conversations with candidates and hiring managers to ensure the right hiring decisions are made — even when it’s not easy.
