About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Small to Medium Business (SMB) to lead a team of Account Executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the SMB sales team to drive revenue growth, achieve monthly quotas, and develop and maintain strong sales pipelines. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales team management, the ability to coach and mentor team members, and a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets. The Regional Vice President will also be involved in generating and closing new business, maintaining communication with senior leadership, and supporting the professional development of the sales team.

Candidates for the Regional Vice President position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a quota-carrying software sales role, with at least 3 years in a sales team management position. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a background in SaaS sales is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of quota attainment, experience in complex deal negotiations, and a proven ability to build and coach high-performing sales teams. Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to travel are also essential. The role demands a leader who can think creatively, solve problems independently, and is adept at fostering a culture of success and growth within the team.
