About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Systems to play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and optimization of enterprise-wide corporate systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and integration of financial, HR, and operational systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday HCM. This executive will define and execute the roadmap for corporate systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and growth objectives. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and driving digital transformation initiatives. The role also involves process optimization, team and vendor management, and establishing governance and compliance protocols.

Candidates for the Vice President of Corporate Systems position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field, with at least 10 years' experience in enterprise applications leadership, particularly in ERP and HCM systems. Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday HCM is essential, as is a proven track record of leading large-scale system transformations. The role requires a strong understanding of finance, HR, and procurement processes, excellent leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with compliance frameworks and data governance best practices.
