Digital Marketing & Account Executive Location: Phenix City, AL (Office/Field-Based) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base Salary plus Commission About AMP Advertising Marketing Production (AMP) is a full-service marketing agency that helps local businesses grow through digital campaigns, creative design, video production, and traditional advertising. Position Overview AMP is seeking a Digital Marketing & Account Executive who is both strategic and creative. This person will help brainstorm campaign ideas, build and manage digital ad campaigns, and work directly with clients to guide their marketing efforts. You’ll take part in shaping campaigns from concept through execution, focusing on Google Ads, SEO, geofencing, targeting, and display advertising. You’ll also grow client relationships and earn commission on new sales and account expansion. Key Responsibilities • Work with clients and the AMP team to develop marketing ideas and campaign strategies • Build and manage Google Ads search and display campaigns • Create and optimize geofencing and targeted advertising campaigns through programmatic digital ad platforms • Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Tag Manager • Conduct SEO keyword research and improve website visibility and performance • Review campaign data and share clear, actionable reports with clients • Prospect for new clients, present campaign strategies, and close sales • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure continued success What We’re Looking For • Experience in sales and digital marketing (agency or business-side) • Understanding of Google Ads, SEO, targeting, display, and geofencing • Creative thinker who enjoys developing ideas that connect businesses with their audiences • Strong communication and presentation skills • Organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively • Experience with programmatic digital ad platforms • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits • Base salary plus commission • Health benefits after 90 days • Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays • 401(k) retirement plan • Performance-based reviews and growth opportunities
