Responsibilities:
3D Character Dataset Preparation: Prepare and curate large datasets of 3D character assets, including those acquired from external sources. Ensure all assets are properly formatted, cleaned, and annotated for use in generative AI model training. Generative AI Model Training Support: Collaborate with research and engineering teams to provide high-quality, diverse 3D character data for model training. Assist in the setup and execution of model training pipelines, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Content Processing & Tooling: Develop and maintain scalable pipelines for processing, verifying, and optimizing 3D character data. Build and refine tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve data quality. Quality Assurance Req Intake Template Requisition Details: Conduct thorough quality checks on datasets to ensure they meet technical and artistic standards. Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, completeness, and compatibility. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with researchers, technical artists, and external vendors to align on data requirements and project goals. Communicate progress, challenges, and insights to stakeholders across teams. Documentation & Best Practices: Document processes, tools, and workflows for dataset preparation and model training. Contribute to the development and sharing of best practices for 3D data preparation in generative AI contexts.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong Programmer in Python: Advanced proficiency in Python programming. Ability to build, optimize, and maintain scalable content pipelines. Experience automating tasks and processing large datasets for 3D model training. Expertise in 3D Character Creation & Technical Details Deep understanding of 3D character workflows, including: Modeling Texturing Rigging Animation Expert in 3D Applications: Blender Houdini
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience required
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$75.00 - $80.00/hr.
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
