Overview Radial is a growing national network of innovative mental health clinics dedicated to redefining the way mental health care is delivered. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our New York team on-site.

This is an exciting opportunity to be on the forefront of interventional psychiatry, working with cutting-edge, FDA-cleared treatments that are changing lives - including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine), and other breakthrough therapies.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, a patient-first mindset, and a passion for helping individuals achieve lasting recovery.

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans. Provide psychiatric medication management and patient education. Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary care team to support patients undergoing TMS, Spravato, and other advanced treatments. Monitor patient progress, track outcomes, and ensure continuity of care. Document all encounters and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards. Participate in care coordination and team meetings as needed. Provide crisis intervention and triage support when required.

Qualifications & Skills Active New York PMHNP license and board certification (PMHNP-BC) required. Active South Carolina PMHNP license and board certification (PMHNP-BC) strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of, or genuine interest in, interventional psychiatric treatments (TMS, Spravato, neuromodulation, etc.). Experience with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Canvas, Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks). Solid understanding of psychopharmacology and psychiatric diagnostic evaluation. Excellent communication, documentation, and patient education skills. Collaborative spirit and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care. Minimum 1 year of psychiatric/behavioral health experience preferred (new grads with relevant experience will be considered).
