The SVP will be responsible for leading the sales process, fostering client relationships, and working closely with the creative and media teams to deliver impactful presentations. A mature network and the ability to bring in new business opportunities are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, be adept at negotiation, and have a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation.
Applicants for the Senior Vice President position should have at least 12 years of experience, with a minimum of 7 years in sales, business development, or a related role. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. The role demands an individual with outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in an agency environment is highly preferred, and familiarity with production and the creative development process is a plus.
