The COO will be responsible for the execution, coordination, and optimization of the delivery system, with a major focus on maximizing ambulatory and inpatient operations, improving financial performance, and ensuring patient satisfaction and market growth. This executive will work closely with clinical, research, and business operations leadership to drive a patient-centered service culture and position the company as a nationally recognized leader in quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years' progressive leadership experience in a large healthcare setting, and a proven track record of operational and financial success. Experience in a major academic medical center and leading a network of community hospitals and ambulatory operations is preferred.
