About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Instruction to serve as the chief instructional officer and provide strategic leadership in all aspects of academic affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing innovative programs to enhance the student learning environment. This includes assessing community needs, developing academic policies, leading educational planning processes, and ensuring the effectiveness of student learning and institutional outcomes. The role also involves maintaining partnerships with various educational and governmental entities, overseeing curriculum development, and managing instructional budgets. The Vice President will be a key figure in the College's governance, representing the institution in the community, and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Applicants for the Vice President, Instruction position at the company must have a Master's degree from an accredited institution, with a preference for those holding a Doctorate. A minimum of 5 years' college-level instructional administrative experience and 3 years' of college-level teaching experience is required.
